New Asthma Guidelines

The Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN) and the British Thoracic Society (BTS) have revised and launched new Asthma Guidelines.

The guidelines are available for downloading as a Full Guideline or a Quick Reference Guideline. Access to individual sections of the document is also possible. Finally, a list of the changes from the previous version is also online.

Action: Clinicians involved in the diagnosis and treatment of Asthma should familiarise themselves with the new guidelines and the changes relevant to their area of practice.
